Do you have a refund/cancellation policy?

Like most theaters and performance events, all sales are final.  Due to limited seating capacity and our arrangements with our unions and vendors, we are unable to refund money once reservations have been made. In limited circumstances, we are able to transfer reservations to another show; please email us at for details.

We do NOT offer refunds for purchased classes (unless the class is canceled by the theater). Students who drop out before the class begins are entitled to a credit for a future class, pending availability. Students who drop out of a class after it begins are not eligible for a refund or credit. Class sizes are limited. Enrollment is dependent upon availability. If a class fills up you will be promptly contacted with other enrollment options. For enrolled students, a confirmation welcome email will be sent 3 days before the start of the first class. You must attend 6 of 8 classes (or 5 of 6 classes for 101) to take part in the showcase or pass through to the next level. If you don’t meet that, we are happy to have you repeat the level for half price!
