At The BarreJoin this all-female cast on select Fridays at 10pm for a fun combination of choreographed dances and long-form improv. Each show will be inspired by audience members’ experiences with dance: the good, the bad, and the funny. What we lack in technical dance experience, we make up for with heart, enthusiasm, and never-ending jazz hands. Get ready for an engaging hour of dance and comedic improv with a few surprises along the way.

Jaimie Kulikowski took her first ballet class when she was 38 years old.

Mel Evans made it half way through one swing dance in high school before the old man she was dancing with left her to find a more capable partner.

Heather Curran took 3 years of tap, jazz, and ballet in middle school before her feet grew too large for pointe shoes.

Bre Forkes tried a couple of dance classes at Cleo Parker Robinson studio about 6 months ago.

Michelle Marlowe studied ballet, tap, and jazz for 14 years at Studio K Dance Workshop: Where Stars Are Made. Her first solo was in 1996 as Black Light Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz. Other memorable roles include a Tear Drop in Alice in Wonderland, Chinese Tea in the Nutcracker, and the time her costume came off on stage while dancing to Shania Twain.
