Voodoo School Of Improv Comedy Classes
Presenting the Voodoo's Denver improv comedy training program, the Voodoo School Of Improv! Our instructors have performed and taught all across the country and the world, with a combined experience of over 30 years, at world famous improv theaters like iO West, iO Chicago, Second City, Annoyance, UCB, and more. Our Denver improv comedy classes are perfect for all skill levels, whether you're just starting out or you've been performing for awhile, and people from all walks of life are welcome (not just performers)!
Each Voodoo School of Improv class session runs for 8 weeks, and each class is 3 hours long. At the end of each session, all students perform in a Student Showcase for their friends and family! Check below for our current class roster and to sign up. New classes start every 8 weeks! Join us and discover the power of "Yes, And..."!
No students under the age of 18 will be permitted.

In Level 3 at the Voodoo School Of Improv, you will expand your knowledge of improvisation. You’ll learn the importance of focus, experiment with new ways to present scenes, and learn more about the Harold and the Armando. And you’ll get ever closer to presenting your own grad show!
Prerequisites: Voodoo School of Improv Level 2. Note: class tuition is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend this class, your tuition will be credited toward future Voodoo School of Comedy classes.
$119 for four 2.75-hour sessions.
We are happy to be launching our Advanced series of classes, a series of four-week workshops for improvisors who have completed the 5-level Voodoo Improv program or a similar program elsewhere. Each month features a different teacher with a different theme. Admission is by instructor approval only.
For September, Jason Knauf is offering a workshop in Advanced Scenework with individual performance development. Setting aside issues of form and game, he will be delving into personal coaching of the individual player, giving each student direct, honest and expert feedback on character and action. He will coach you and your scene partner toward dynamic and theatrical—but most of all funny—scenes. Contact the Voodoo School or Jason to get the access code.
Prerequisites: Voodoo School of Improv Level 5, completion of a similar program, or instructor approval. Note: class tuition is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend this class, your tuition will be credited toward future Voodoo School of Comedy classes.
