TLC Improv and Jon Jon & Company are excited to announce The YoungStar Studio at the Voodoo Comedy Playhouse! This one day improv workshop & performance led by Linnea Brutlag will allow your child to become who they really are, discovering what they feel and most importantly, have fun! The YoungStar Studio will enable your child to blossom in improvisation, all while playing with experienced players from the region. Improv gives a child the tools they need to express who they are and build the confidence needed to succeed in any given situation. The class will teach them the tools to listen, accept, and be confident in who they are, on and off stage. The YoungStar Studio will feature 1½ hours of instruction, a complimentary copy of The Giraffe That Taught Me How To Laugh by Jon Jon Lannen, and a performance by your Young Star with the stars of TLC Improv! Give the gift of improv to your child and watch them shine with Linnea and her team!

Linnea Brutlag is the owner of TLC Improv, the only improv company just for kids in Denver and is excited to be partnering with Jon Jon & Co. Her first acting class was an improv class when she was only 13, and Linnea has been involved with theater ever since. For the past 5 years she has been highly involved in the improv community here in Denver, producing, taking classes and performing. Linnea has taught improv to kids at The Boys and Girls Club and performed for kids in and around Denver. Currently you can see Linnea performing with The Fillers, an improv house team at The Bovine Metropolis Theater. Combining her love of improv and working with kids is a dream come true for Linnea.
